Stephen's a lipstick fan

Stunned passers-by did a double take when they spotted Mel B strolling down the road with her hubby Stephen Belafonte yesterday – as he was covered in make-up!

Stephen looked as though he’d raided Mel’s make-up stash as he stepped out in London wearing thick black eyeliner and bright red lipstick.

The film producer even showed off his best pout for the cameras as he made his way down the street.

Stephen could’ve almost been mistaken for a woman – if it wasn’t for his build and bald head.

A source close to Mel and Stephen said they were on their way to an early Halloween party.

But you know what, errr, if he’s not careful, he’ll be giving Jordan’s cross-dressing fella, Alex Reid, a run for his money!
