Michelle's the queen of the soaps!

A host of excited soap stars turned up in London's Soho last night, all vying to be crowned a winner at the Inside Soap Awards 2009.

And while EastEnders scooped a whopping seven awards, it was Coronation Street's Michelle Keegan who won our vote.

Awarded with the glamorous title of soapland's Sexiest Female, Michelle was on fine form in a dazzling one-shoulder black dress and killer boots.

The sexy actress, who plays Tina McIntyre on Corrie, was clearly thrilled with her gong. She told us: 'This is great! I'm not sure about sexiest though, I don't like my ears, that's why they are covered up tonight.'

And previous winner of the title, Kara Tointon, was also in the mood for celebrating, as she smiled and joked happily with her boyfriend Joe Swash.

Other winners during the night, held at trendy hotspot Sketch, were 'Enders Lacey Turner, crowned Best Actress, and her co-star Charlie Brooks, who won Best B*tch... Miaow!
