She’s so vein!

Madonna is known for her shock tactics – but her latest look is almost too much to stomach.

The 50-year-old star has been captured showing off a frighteningly scrawny pair of arms while making her way home from a London restaurant.

Dressed in a short-sleeved grey top, Madge’s muscles were practically hanging off her bones as she walked along the street.

Her veins were also protruding through her skin.

It isn’t a secret that the mum-of-four is a fan of exercise but she may have taken things too far this time.

‘This muscular size zero look is scary,’ a pal says.
