Fern’s fantastic new figure

Fern Britton has never looked better after shedding another stone.

But in the latest issue of Reveal she’s been advised not to lose any more weight.

The tip comes from Reveal’s resident personal trainer Dee Thresher who has been impressed by the This Morning presenter’s super-trim new figure when Fern attended Wendy Richard’s funeral.

Fern, 51, looked every inch the glamorous TV star in an elegant tight-fitting tailored jacket, black tights and boots.

But Dee, who has worked with Charlie Brooks and Letitia Dean,  says: ‘I believe she probably should avoid losing any more weight otherwise she will start to look too gaunt in her face, and too thin for her build. She’s now looking her best.’

Fern dropped from a size 22 to 16 and shifted five stone thanks to a gastric band she’d had fitted. But she suffered a backlash from viewers who were disappointed that she’d previously claimed to have shed the pounds naturally.
